Ask for a copy of what is held about you, have something corrected, withdraw consent for optional email, or delete your account entirely. Every request is verified against the email address it concerns before anything happens.

Whatever you ask for, the request is checked against the email address it concerns before anything is acted on. That verification step is there to stop someone else asking for your data, so it applies even when the request is obviously genuine.

How requests are handled
How do you check the request is really mine?
Through the email address itself. That is why the address you use here matters more than anything else on the form, and why we will not act on a request about an address from a different one without establishing the connection first.
Can I get my data without deleting anything?
Yes. Access and deletion are separate requests. Asking for a copy changes nothing about your account or your purchases.
I only want to stop the emails.
Choose withdraw consent. Reminder and update emails stop; the ones tied to something you did, such as a receipt, still come through because they are part of the transaction rather than marketing.
What is actually held about me?
