Almost everything here comes down to whether a question is correct, whether an explanation teaches anything, and whether someone preparing for an exam next week can find what they need. Roles that come up tend to reflect that rather than being conventional startup jobs.

There are no roles listed at the moment. Applications are still read, and a speculative one that matches something we are about to need is often how a role gets filled before it is ever advertised.
I want to write practice questions. Is this the right form?
No. Use the contributor application instead. It asks about food service and assessment background rather than general work history, which is what that decision actually turns on.
What happens to my application?
It is read and kept on file. If nothing current fits, you will not necessarily hear back straight away, which is not a comment on the application.
