About the WSQ Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 1 Exam
In Singapore, all food handlers working in retail and non-retail food establishments licensed by the Singapore Food Agency must attain and maintain a valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 certification. SFA also states that anyone who wants to become a trained food handler can enrol for the course on their own, even if they are not yet working in food service or in a licensed food establishment.
